Our last canning project was applesauce!. Using only apples from our TWO trees,we got 198 jars! It's nice to do it yourself because some of the kids wanted sugar-free
for their babies. ALL the kids came and participated. It still was a long day. 7 hours!
The garage made a nice wide area to do our production. Thanks kids!
